ROOM, RATES & POLICIES

Our Rooms

All rooms have private ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans, free WiFi, Roku TV, bathrobes, and hairdryer.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy 

We require a deposit equal to 50% of your stay at time of booking. The balance will be charged 14 days prior to your arrival. 

In the event of a cancellation we will provide a full refund if given 72 hours notice before your 3pm check in time. Cancellations are subject to a $30 administration charge per room per day. Reservations made inside the 72 hour cancellation period will be charged 100% and are non-refundable. 

We understand that cancellations do happen. Please appreciate that we are a small B&B with limited rooms, without the capacity of a large hotel to overbook and re-book rooms with short notice. 

Room Rates. All rates are in Canadian funds based on double occupancy and do not include applicable taxes (15% HST). We do have a 2 night minimum booking policy in place for the High Season from June 1 to September 30th.

Check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm unless otherwise agreed upon.

Check-out time is 10:30 am.

Accessibility: The Ashlea House was built in 1886. It is a multi-level house with bedrooms accessible by stairs only. Consider packing what you can carry up a flight or two of stairs.

Parking: There is free parking provided in front of the house accessible off Falkland Street. 

Pets: While our friendly yellow Labrador Retriever named Samara lives here, unfortunately we have a no pet policy.

Ashlea House has a strict no smoking policy for the house and property.
