Quoted rates are for two people in each room, with the exception of the Family Suite, for which the rate is for two adults and two children under the age of 16. Rates do not include taxes but they do include breakfast!
Breakfast: Guests gather together at 8:30 am to start the day with a hot, country-style breakfast. Served on platters and worthy of a "boarding house reach", every breakfast consists of a freshly baked item, grilled meat (bacon or sausage), grilled potatoes, pancakes or French toast, eggs, home-made baked beans and fruit. Seconds are encouraged (but not mandatory) OR you may prefer a continental breakfast served at your convenience between 7 and 10 am.
Cancellation policy: We request that guests who must cancel, do so no later than 3 pm, 48 hours before their reserved arrival date. Because we are a small operation with a short season, we are deeply affected by late cancellations. We will do our best to re-rent a reserved room so to avoid a charge to you but we reserve the right to charge one night's rate in the case of a no show or late cancellation.
