Guests gather together at 8:30 AM at a 14-foot mahogany dining table to start the day with a hot, country-style breakfast. Served on platters and worthy of a "boarding house reach", every breakfast consists of a freshly baked item, pancakes or toast, meat (bacon or sausage), potatoes, eggs (omelettes, frittatas, scrambled with local goat cheese), local baked beans, vegetables (tomatoes fried with local herbs or other), yogurt and fresh fruit when available. Seconds are encouraged (but not mandatory).
We can accommodate most special diets, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free and egg free, caffeine free coffee. Please let us know ahead of time, or upon arrival.
